Galleries and Shows

Dusty Demerson is represented by the Rijks Family Gallery in Crested Butte, Colorado on a continuing basis.

The Alpenglow Gallery in Mountaineer Square in Mount Crested Butte and the Piper Gallery in Crested Butte also show his work as images fit their themed shows. The Crested Butte Retreat is featuring Dusty's work through the winter of 2009. Two images, "Fearless" and "Peace of the Storm" are showing at the Center for Fine Art Photography in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Dusty participated in the Crested Butte Festival of the Arts and The People's Fair in 2009.

Dusty participates in many local and regional shows but some highlights are listed below.

Banff Mountain Photography Competition 2005 & 2006 (first places both years)

Hasselblad Super Circuit 2005 (4th place medal)

Western Heritage Invitational 2003 & 2004 (best of photography 2004)

"Growth and Decay" is now showing at the Baldwin Gallery in Crested Butte. This show is a collaborative effort of The Crested Butte Photographer's Guild.

"Negative Space" show at the Center for Fine Art Photography in Fort Collins, Colorado featured two images over the winter of 2009.

"Absence of Color" show at Mountaineer Square in Mount Crested Butte Colorado is showing "Fearless" and "Peace of the Storm" through the 2009 ski season.

Two of Dusty's images will appear in the 2010 Crested Butte Land Trust Calendar.

The Alpenglow Gallery is showing several images from The Toys Project through the winter of 2009/2010.
